Build and sell AI-powered lead gen
to local service businesses.
90 days. You build the full stack — GHL, AI booking agent, missed-call recovery, cold SMS, Meta ads — and land your first local service client paying $2-5K/mo. I teach you to build it. You walk out owning everything.

Wave 1 is a small group. I read every application personally. I’m looking for operators who’ve decided to build a local services lead gen business — not browsers, not course collectors, not weekend dabblers.

Real clients. Real revenue.
Real lead gen running today.
Wave 1 hasn’t shipped yet — there are no graduate testimonials. What there IS: a production AI lead gen agency running this exact stack on real local service clients, in public, in front of you.
- Real local service clients live in production. Home services businesses running AI-powered missed-call recovery, cold SMS campaigns, AI booking agents, and Meta ad funnels. Calendars packed with discovery calls. Stack proven against actual client revenue.
- The full lead gen stack — built and running. GHL workflows, AI booking agent (Iron Setter), missed-call text-back, cold SMS engine, Meta ads creative flywheel, A2P-registered Telnyx numbers. Not a demo. The system I bill clients against this week.
- Automated delivery running on real client accounts. Lead research, email personalization, client onboarding, weekly reporting, campaign management — all automated. Each workflow runs against a real paying client, not a demo.
- Built in public — daily streams, open playbook. Every part of this stack was built live on YouTube. The same playbook you'll run in the cohort is the one I use to run my agency. No theory. Receipts.

FAQ.
I don't have clients yet. Is this for me?
That's exactly what the cohort is for. You'll build the stack AND land your first client during the 90 days. Pre-revenue operators ship a productized service to a pilot client by Day 90. The question isn't revenue — it's whether you've decided to build.
I already have clients but delivery is manual. Is this for me?
You're the other half of the room. You'll systematize delivery with the AI stack — missed-call recovery, booking agent, automated follow-ups — so you stop hero-projecting every campaign and start scaling.
How much time per week does this require?
5-7 hours. One 90-min call per week, the rest is building. The homework isn't watching videos — it's setting up real campaigns for real clients. If you don't have 5 hours a week to build, you don't have a business yet.
Do I need to be technical?
You need to be willing to learn. Claude Code is the tool we use to build the AI stack — there's a free 101 course in the community. You don't need to be a developer. You need to be willing to follow the build process.
I've tried other programs. Why is this different?
There's somebody you don't trust — either me or yourself. If it's me, don't apply. Watch the streams, look at what I ship, check the client calendars. If it's yourself, that's exactly what the cohort fixes. Accountability, deadlines, and a room of people shipping the same playbook.
When is Wave 2?
Application window opens September 29. Starts mid-October. But Wave 1 is the founding cohort — smallest group, most direct access, most hands-on. That won't repeat.
Stop consuming.

P.S. If you’re reading this and you’re still on the fence — that’s the gap between knowing and doing. The operators who build a real lead gen business don’t wait for permission. The ones who consume do. Decide which one you are.
